LIDP Introduces The Administrator – Titanium Edition for all Life, Annuity, and Health Product Administration
Titanium designed to provide easy integration and ability to operate in almost every carrier’s existing technology environment – delivering an easy to implement, economical, modern, and powerful solution
Woodridge, IL – January 20, 2015 – LIDP Consulting Services (LIDP), a provider of innovative and proven software solutions and related services designed specifically of the life, annuity and health insurance markets, today announced the introduction and immediate availability of The Administrator – Titanium Edition.
LIDP’s Titanium is able to process all life, health, annuity products, including: fixed, variable, equity, indexed, traditional, non-traditional, individual, and worksite on a single system. Designed for implementation and integration simplicity, Titanium is built entirely on Java Enterprise Edition (JEE) offering the stability, portability and scalability to power the smallest to the largest carriers, all with the benefits of LIDP’s 30 years of functionality development and experience invested in its original The Administrator solution.
Due to its flexible design and underlying JEE platform, Titanium offers an economical yet modern solution able to operate in almost every carrier’s existing technology environment; utilizing hardware, software, and databases already in place. For example, most commercially available Application Servers and Open Source solutions, such as JBoss, are supported. Carriers also have flexibility in choice of relational database.
“With Titanium we took our 30 years of experience and investment in our original product and applied it all to the latest generation of technology. Titanium has all the benefits of our original system, but the modern technology enables us to bring greater levels of capability, scalability, flexibility, usability, and portability to our existing as well as new clients,” commented Frank Ott, Vice President of Product Support with LIDP. “Key to our product roadmap was ensuring that we provided a pain-free transition path for existing clients who wanted to take advantage of all the benefits a JEE platform could provide. If they are happy on the older platform they can remain there or migrate to Titanium if and when it makes the most sense for their organization.”
Additional capabilities of LIDP’s Titanium include:
- Policy and contract administration, claims, underwriting, issue, finance reporting, agents compensation and licensing, and illustrations on a single system;
- Fast, reliable and simple product development with thousands of plan and processing rules;
- Real-time and iterative testing of new products and product modifications;
- Multi-company support;
- 24×7 availability;
- Reinsurance interface;
- Built in CMS (Channel Management System); and
- Completely SOA enabled.
With the introduction of Titanium, LIDP remains committed to its existing The Administrator clients with plans for a new release in 2015. Any enhancements to The Administrator will also be applied to Titanium. Titanium is being made available at no additional charge to all LIDP clients currently on maintenance for The Administrator, giving them the option to remain on their existing platform or migrate to the new technology.
In addition to a traditional one time license fee based on policy count, LIDP is also offering a new monthly licensing option giving each carrier the pricing flexibility that best supports its business model and budget.
